President, Baywest Homes Ltd.

Glenn is the president of Baywest Homes and oversees all operations of Baywest. His primary role is to assist the management group with process and procedural decisions throughout all departments.

Greg has been a part of Baywest for 3 years, after working 6 years as a framing sub-contractor for another builder and 2 years as an independent general contractor.

Construction Manager, Baywest Homes Ltd.

Steve joined the company in 2000 as a Construction Supervisor for one of Baywest’s communities at a time when the company was operating in just two communities. With the growth in the company, Steve was promoted to Construction Manager in 2007 and oversees all field construction staff.

Linda joined Baywest in 2005 as a sales administrator. The company quickly recognized her talents were broader and asked her to manage the flow of information between clients and our internal building process. Linda started her career in the home building industry following a diverse background in sales and safety in her home province of Saskatchewan.

Steve was born into the homebuilding business. Others of us have learned the business; with Steve it is a part of him. His first paid role was as a young teen in 1991, just six years after his father founded the company, sweeping out houses under construction and cleaning lots.

Karen joined Bordeaux in 2007 after spending 10 years working in the fast growing information technology and infrastructure sector in Calgary.

Ryan is a senior manager and shareholder, arriving at the Bordeaux group of companies in February of 2005. His background is in Real Estate marketing with formal fields of study in Visual Communications and Journalism Arts.

Jerry founded Bordeaux with Misters Pringle, Fisekci and Denger in 2001. In the early days the size of the company could not justify a full time technology officer of Jerry’s caliber, and his role was advisory in capacity.

Shah joined Bordeaux in early 2006, just two years after immigrating to Canada, to become the Company’s controller. He has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and CMA designation from the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan.

Martin became the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bordeaux Properties in 2005. Prior to joining Bordeaux, Martin was involved in residential construction and other development projects with the Shane Group of Companies in Calgary as their CFO.

Rob joined Baywest Homes in May of 2003 hoping that this smaller, more family run style business would provide the atmosphere he was looking for. He originally came on board as a Senior Estimator and progressed into the Sales Management role in January 2005.

Vice President, Residential Design & Product Development, Baywest Homes Ltd.

Tony’s first “real job” as a designer was with Baywest, joining the company in 1997. In 2003, Tony was appointed manager of the design department and appointed to Vice President in 2006.
