Contest Period: The contest is open until 5:00 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) on Saturday, October 31, 2026. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Alberta who have reached the age of majority at the time of entry. Employees and representatives of Baywest Homes and Section23 Developments and members of their immediate households, are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter: Complete and submit the official contest entry form during the contest period. Limit one (1) entry per person. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Prize: One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of $10,000 CAD in WestJet vouchers. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Use of the WestJet vouchers is subject to WestJet's applicable terms, conditions, restrictions and expiry provisions.
Winner Selection: One (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw on Monday, November 2, 2026 from all eligible entries received by the contest closing time.
Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification: The selected entrant will be contacted using the contact information provided on the entry form. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted by 5:00 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) on Monday, November 9, 2026, does not meet the eligibility requirements or otherwise fails to comply with these rules, another entrant may be selected.
Skill-Testing Question: Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question.
Prize Acceptance: The selected entrant may be required to provide proof of eligibility and sign a declaration and release confirming compliance with these contest rules and acceptance of the prize.
General: By entering, entrants agree to abide by these contest rules and the decisions of Baywest Homes and Section23 Developments, which are final with respect to the administration of the contest.
Publicity Release: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Baywest Homes and Section23 Developments may use the winner’s name, photograph, image, likeness, voice, and statements in connection with the administration, promotion and publicity of the contest and Baywest Homes and Section23 Developments, in any media, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. The winner may be required to sign a declaration and release confirming this consent before the prize is awarded.
Privacy: Personal information collected through the contest will be used to administer the contest and award the prize, and otherwise in accordance with Baywest Homes’ and Section23 Developments’ privacy policy. Consent to receive marketing communications should be obtained separately where applicable.
